I'm not a fan personally. I honestly and actually really enjoyed how OML is before the buff. All you had to do here was make his healing passive and NOT consumed by his specials.
Also I noticed you changed it from every 10 seconds to every 20 seconds. It's not like it's the best healing in game far from it.
Now players HAVE to choose between damage and healing and him being bleed resistant. You just made him hit harder. There are dozens of champs who can hit hard and alot of them are mutants.
